1. The loyalty program

By joining, you become a member of the restaurant loyalty program. You earn points or stamps on qualifying purchases at participating restaurants and can redeem them for rewards described on the program. Points and stamps have no cash value and are not transferable.

2. Your account & card

Your digital card and member identifier are personal to you. Keep your member ID private and only scan it at participating locations. The card is issued by the restaurant group and may be modified or terminated at any time.

3. Fraudulent activity

If we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity on your account — including falsified purchases, duplicate or manipulated rewards, or misuse of another member's card — the restaurant may cancel your card and account immediately, void any accrued points or stamps, and take further action as permitted by law. Suspected fraud may be reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Privacy & your data (GDPR)

We process your personal data (name, contact details, and loyalty activity) to operate the loyalty program, record your transactions, and manage rewards. Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact the restaurant.

We only send marketing emails if you separately opt in. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting the restaurant or using the unsubscribe link in any email.

We keep your data only as long as needed for the program and to comply with legal obligations (including tax and accounting records).

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the restaurant group is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your membership. Rewards are provided "as available" and are subject to stock and availability.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of your card after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We will not make material changes to how we use your personal data without informing you.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the restaurant is established, without prejudice to your mandatory rights under EU or local consumer law.
